$125 per gift card. Minimum of 2 gift cards necessary to participate in full program. No maximum limitations on the number of cards purchased.
Gift Cards may be given away or redeemed by the purchaser and do not expire.
For 2 to 7 card purchases cash back rebate is set at 4%.
For 8 or more cards cash back rebate is set at 5%.
Cash Back rebates are paid at year end. First rebate checks to be mailed December of 2009. Rebate checks are prorated and based on length of time between purchase and date of first rebate checks being mailed.
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash while the program is in operation.
PineCrest Bed and Breakfast Inn LLC guarantees the gift card program will not end prior to December 31st, 2013 and not later than December 31st, 2018. Gift Cards are redeemed at the PineCrest Bed and Breakfast Inn, 91 South St. Gorham, Maine.
Cash back rebates are not transferable.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide change of address for mailing of yearly rebate checks. Checks returned due to expired forwarding addresses will result in forfeiture of all annual rebates and constitute removal from program without benefits.
Program termination is defined by the current owners transferring ownership of the Inn. Termination of the card program is at the sole discretion of the managing partners and may be executed at will at any time after, but not prior to, December 31st, 2013.
Management reserves the right to limit the number of cards sold at any time to existing number of cards sold.
Gift Card Redemption Limitations and Restrictions:
No blackout dates apply. Standard lodging restrictions apply. See web site for details. May not be combined with other lodging discounts, programs or gift cards. All reservations are subject to availability. Redemption is limited to one card per visit from May to November, on weekends and during holiday periods. Two cards per visit from November to May. Management reserves the right to limit the cumulative number of cards being redeemed during any particular month.
Cards may not be used for tax or gratuity.
